Our average intake to live timeline is about a month. Please factor in some flexibility as you will likely have ideas and preferences, and the longest investment of time generally comes from making decisions about colors, fonts, branding, and other creative aspects before we even begin the build.

Yes, we do accept payment plans for website designs. Please note, though, that if a site goes live and a hosting fee or design installment payment fails or is not made, we reserve the right to take down the site until payment is made current.

Yes. Our website designs must be hosted by us. We cannot make exceptions to this policy. 

If you love your site, we can work with you to design something similar in tone/brand, and we will help you migrate the domain to the site we host. This is easier than it sounds, so don’t hesitate to look into a new design just because we will have to move it. Most sites experience very little down time during a migration, but we quote a maximum of 48 hours of down time to move a site. We will work with you to schedule this down time so it occurs at a time that is least disruptive to your customers. 

If you’d like to sell books, swag, or other items from your site, you will need the Store Care plan, but yes, we can set up a store that sells from your site and teach you how to use it. Please note, we cannot be responsible for any errors you make on the store itself. So for example, if you violate Amazon’s Terms of Service by selling a book on the site that you should not, all liability for that transaction is your responsibility. We can help you navigate questions related to this, but it is the client’s responsibility to comply with any applicable sales, tax, shipping, or other rules and restrictions that may apply to online sales.
